- Utilizing our local utilities or open-source templates to generate, package, or distribute malicious or deceptive software.
3. Content Ownership and License
The layout, branding, logos, design assets, and compiled site graphics of Bluesky Labs are the intellectual property of Bluesky Labs and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
Where specific tool source code or template packages are provided under open-source licenses (such as the MIT License), the terms of those licenses govern your reuse, distribution, and modification of that code.
4. Client-Side Data & Privacy Disclaimer
Many tools process your files or inputs strictly within your browser (local-first). We do not claim ownership of, nor do we monitor or persist, the files, text, or data you load into client-side tools. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process any text, images, or documents you subject to these tools.
